This pump features a precision-machined alumina ceramic rotor and stator, housed in 316L stainless steel, and assembled using adhesive-free interference fit—ensuring both chemical integrity and mechanical stability.
The rotary structure allows for smooth, continuous fluid delivery, making it ideal for integration into automated filling machinery. The internal geometry is fully mirror-polished to eliminate dead zones and ensure compliance with GMP/FDA standards for hygienic production environments.
