Zirconia plungers are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and industrial dosing equipment. Their smooth, dense surface ensures excellent sealing performance, even in dynamic conditions. Each plunger is mirror-polished and precision-ground, with tolerances typically within ±0.01 mm, making them ideal for high-repetition filling systems.
Available in a variety of sizes and custom specifications, Mascera’s zirconia plungers are well-suited for both OEM integration and spare part replacement in existing filling systems.
