Ceramic Blades

Mascera manufactures ceramic blades made from yttria-stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP), a non-rusting, chemically inert material with extremely high hardness and excellent wear resistance. These blades maintain long-lasting edge sharpness and stable cutting accuracy, far exceeding the service life of steel blades. They are widely used in printing, packaging, fiber cutting and composite processing. Mascera provides customized geometries, thicknesses, edge angles and precision grinding for OEM equipment and replacement applications.
