Advantages of Silicon Nitride Bearing
1. It can be utilized in environments with strong acid, strong alkali, and seawater, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance.
2. High temperature resistance, the strength and hardness of the silicon nitride ceramic ball are almost unchanged at 800C.
3.It is non-magnetic, insulating, and can be used in a magnetic field without conducting electricity.
4. Light weight, 1/4 lighter than ordinary bearings, and its density is 3.20g/cm3.
5. High rigidity, high strength, its hardness is twice higher than that of bearing steel, and its elastic modulus is about 1/3 higher.
6. High-speed rotation, the weight of the rotating body (ball) is light, and the centrifugation is small when rotating.
7.Its linear expansion coefficient is 3.2×10-6/K, approximately 1/4 that of bearing steel.
