They are primarily used in low-pressure casting machines for aluminum alloy products, particularly in the casting of automotive, motorcycle wheels, and other components.


The use of silicon nitride ceramic riser tubes not only improves casting quality but also significantly reduces the operating costs of low-pressure casting. Their service life is 5 to 20 times longer than traditional riser tubes, which greatly reduces the frequency of replacements, ensuring continuous and automated production.
