Mascera supplies 45mm and 60mm rotary cutter blades made from zirconia ceramic for cutting paper, cardboard, plastic film, textile fabrics, fiber materials, aluminum foil, adhesive tape, rubber and other thin flexible materials. These round ceramic blades are designed for rotary cutters, craft cutting tools, packaging cutting tools, textile cutting tools and OEM replacement blade applications.
Compared with conventional metal rotary cutter blades, zirconia ceramic rotary blades provide excellent wear resistance, rust-free performance and stable cutting quality under suitable working conditions. The high-hardness ceramic cutting edge helps reduce blade replacement frequency and maintain clean cutting performance in repeated cutting operations.
